Jo has her Degree in Health Sciences from Goddard College, and is a practitioner of wellness modalities since 2003 where she began her journey at Esalen Institute. In the Spring of 2005, Jo began facilitating wellness sessions in a quaint Fort Mitchell, Kentucky studio where she was proud to call home base. Since then, she has studied and facilitated personal development internationally from Greece to Canada. Jo holds diplomas in Coaching from Vancouver, Canada and New York City. Jo has studied Mediation, Conflict Resolution, and Negotiation at The Justice Institute of British Columbia. Today, she offers in-depth integration opportunities for bringing personal development strategies into daily life. Her books are presently available for sale at Amazon. She is currently working on her upcoming book, "Unifying You: Expand a Limited Sense of Self" founded on her Identity Association Model. That is, her healthy self-navigation tool. Jo is also the creator of the approach called Yoga Soothe, as well as being the sole Founder of Able & Keen.

JANE MIZRAHI, Therapist & Social Worker

Jane Mizrahi earned her master’s degree in social work as a second career, and now enjoys running a private practice offering body-centered therapy to groups, individuals, and families. She provides supervision for therapists who work for an in home therapist program out of her local Hospital, and she also facilitates a therapist peer support group, too. Jane shares her wellness teachings through her writing, her yoga facilitation, and in her attendance of the TCY® program. Otherwise, she’s hiking, reading, or watching the next hot Netflix series. She is married, has two adult sons, two four legged pups, Jazz and Coco, and a cat named Bodhi who is the unannounced boss of them all.

DR. KARYNE WILNER

Karyne B. Wilner, PsyD, licensed psychologist and educator, has a private practice in Newtown, CT. She currently directs the Core Energetics Academy and was formerly Assistant Director of the International Institute for Core Energetics, Senior Director of the Brazilian Institute, and Associate Director in Australia. She has traveled widely giving lectures, workshops, and seminars, and she has written numerous journal articles about somatics and psychology. In addition to her training programs, she is presently teaching Master’s level Holistic Counseling courses at Salve Regina University in Newport RI. Her joy is in helping people become more authentic and lead richer, fuller lives. She also just became an author of her first book, "Releasing Toxic Anger."

DR. DAN LIBBY of Veteran's Yoga Project

Dan is a founder and Executive Director of Veterans Yoga Project. He is a licensed clinical psychologist and yoga teacher specializing in the mindful integration of evidence-based psychotherapies and complementary and alternative medicine practices for the treatment of PTS(D) and other psychological and emotional distress in active-duty military and veterans. As a Postdoctoral Fellow with Yale University’s Department of Psychiatry and the VA’s Mental Illness Research and Education Clinical Center, Dan conducted research investigating the physiological correlates of mindfulness meditation as well as the first epidemiological investigation of Complementary and Alternative Medicine in VA PTSD treatment programs. He is also former Director of Clinical Services for the Starlight Military Rehabilitation Program and has taught mindfulness and yoga to hundreds of veterans and active-duty service members.
